Overview

A well-established quantitative investment organization is looking to add a motivated and detail-driven professional to its Investor Services team, with a focus on client-facing operations. This position offers hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a sophisticated investment platform and regular interaction with senior professionals across multiple functions. The role is ideal for someone who is intellectually curious, highly organized, and eager to build a deep understanding of how an institutional investment firm supports and services its investor base. Compile and circulate recurring investor communications, including performance-related estimates, exposure summaries, and market-related updates Coordinate closely with third-party administrators and internal finance teams to confirm investor activity, transaction accuracy, and proper recordkeeping Respond to inbound investor inquiries promptly, partnering with internal stakeholders to gather and deliver information Maintain and refresh investor-facing materials used for marketing, onboarding, and due diligence Oversee data integrity within client relationship management tools and secure investor portals Track and manage both quantitative and qualitative investor information used in regulatory reporting, forecasting, and internal analysis Qualifications

1-2 years of professional experience in asset management Recent graduates are welcome to apply Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic foundation across any discipline Comfort working with numbers and strong spreadsheet capabilities Exceptional organizational habits and a high bar for accuracy Ability to juggle competing priorities while meeting both immediate and longer-term deadlines A proactive mindset with a willingness to own projects from start to finish Collaborative working style and comfort engaging with colleagues and external partners at varying levels Clear and effective communication skills, written and verbal Interest in contributing to a thoughtful, rigorous, and collegial team culture FINRA Series 3 registration, or openness to obtaining
