How You Will Make An Impact (Job Summary) SPX Cooling Tech is seeking a versatile marketing professional to support the growth of our Cooling portfolio, including Recold and SGS Refrigeration. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist who is comfortable leading initiatives such as market research and brand development while also executing day‑to‑day marketing work including campaign support, content creation, multimedia storytelling, and digital engagement. Working closely with product management, sales, engineering, and the marketing team, this individual will help strengthen market understanding, improve brand positioning, and deliver programs that drive commercial growth across the refrigeration segment. This is a role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving problems, and contributing across a variety of marketing disciplines. This role also requires strong project ownership, with the ability to bring structure, prioritization, and follow‑through to marketing initiatives across teams.

What You Can Expect In This Role (Job Responsibilities)

Support growth of SPX Cooling and Refrigeration brands.

Help develop and execute marketing initiatives supporting the Cooling portfolio, with a focus on Recold and SGS Refrigeration.

Assist in positioning refrigeration offerings within key markets including supermarkets and industrial refrigeration.

Support strategic initiatives such as OEM engagement, engineering firm outreach, and account‑based marketing programs.

Work cross‑functionally with product managers, sales teams, and marketing leadership to execute market‑focused campaigns.

Lead and support market & brand development initiatives.

Assist in market research initiatives to better understand customer needs, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.

Help translate research insights into actionable marketing programs and messaging frameworks.

Contribute to development of go‑to‑market strategies for refrigeration products and solutions.

Enable sales and rep networks.

Help develop tools and marketing resources to support rep partners and sales teams.

Assist in creating sales enablement materials, product messaging, and training content.

Support customer‑facing initiatives that strengthen engagement with engineering firms, OEM partners, and end users.

Track campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Own and drive execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment, timelines, and follow‑through across cross‑functional teams.

Bring structure and visibility to marketing workstreams, including planning, prioritization, and tracking of key initiatives.

What we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education) Required Experience

7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.

Experience managing marketing projects or campaigns across multiple channels.

Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Strong collaboration skills working with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience supporting B2B or industrial marketing environments.

Experience using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com) to manage workflows and improve team coordination.

Experience coordinating video production, digital content, or marketing campaigns.

Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Familiarity with market research, brand development, or positioning work.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a rapid growth environment.

Strong written communication and storytelling skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into marketing actions.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Travel & Working Environment

Travel up to 10%, including 2–4 trips per year for professional development, trade shows, customer events, site visits, and video/photo shoots.

Office/hybrid environment and collaboration with teams across time zones.

Periodic visits to manufacturing or R&D facilities to gather content or capture visuals, following all safety protocols.
