Commercial Insurance Account Executive
Job Summary Seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join a team. This role is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, assisting producers with sales and marketing efforts for new and renewal business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a knack for building relationships, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with opportunities to travel locally for business development.
Compensation Package
Salary : Up to $100,000 annually (depending on experience)
Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
Work Schedule : Hybrid (2-3 days in-office, with local travel around the Phoenix area)
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the producer to manage and grow a book of middle-market commercial insurance accounts, with a focus on construction and contractor clients.
Assist with sales and marketing efforts for new and renewal business, including outbound lead generation, referrals, and networking.
Handle warm leads provided by the producer and run with them independently.
Participate in weekly touchpoint meetings with the producer to align on goals and strategies.
Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience : 5-10+ years of relevant sales experience in the commercial insurance industry.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus.
Soft Skills :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
Other Requirements : Must be willing to travel locally with the producer for business development purposes.
