Marketing & Media Project Manager

who can turn strategy into execution and complexity into clarity.

In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone of our marketing team, helping ideas move from concept to market with precision, momentum, and purpose. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to deliver meaningful marketing initiatives that fuel growth across the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do Cross‑Team Collaboration

Act as the primary connector between internal marketing leads, vendors, agencies, and business partners

Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and next steps

Manage vendor timelines, production requirements, and budgets to ensure smooth delivery

Operational Excellence

Champion marketing workflows and timelines across the organization

Hold teams accountable to deadlines and established processes

Ensure campaigns launch on time and with executional excellence

Continuously improving how work gets done across marketing

Campaign & Asset Management

Own end‑to‑end coordination and trafficking of marketing assets across channels

Manage proofing, revisions, approvals, and quality control for creative deliverables

Maintain a real‑time view of initiatives using the Marketing Planning Process (MPP)

Manage and coordinate direct mail production and deployment cadence for, while identifying opportunities to improve the overall DM process and customer conversion rates.

Identify and provide proposals for sponsorship, activations, and community events. Oversee logistics and execution of events post event analysis.

Support the management of marketing budgets while working with division heads to track engagement metrics to improve program execution.

Monitor competitive marketing activity, including promotions and messaging trends

Strategic Project Support

Partner on customer surveys, performance analysis, and competitive benchmarking

Translate insights and data into clear recommendations that inform strategy

What You Bring

5–7 years ’ experience with proven success in direct‑to‑consumer, digital marketing, production, or creative operations.

Proven experience managing timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships

Strong understanding of asset production across print, digital, and video

Hands‑on experience with project management tools (Monday.com preferred or similar)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Graphic design or image‑editing skills are desired
