Job Description
We are seeking an AI Transformation & Strategy Consultant to help our clients identify, design, and implement practical AI solutions that drive measurable business impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and emerging technology, with a focus on embedding AI (including agent-based solutions) into real-world workflows.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical partners to translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions, pilot AI use cases, and scale adoption across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation across businessfunctions
Translate business challenges into clear use cases, workflows, and solution designs
Define success metrics tied to efficiency, quality, and business outcomes
Design & Deliver AI-Enabled Solutions
Lead theimplementation of AI-powered workflows and agent-driven solutions (e.g., sales support, operations, finance, customer service)
Collaborate with technical teams to bring solutions from concept to pilot to scaled deployment
Help structure multi-step workflows, including inputs, outputs, and decision points
Drive Program Delivery & Execution
Support end-to-end delivery across multiple AI and transformation initiatives
Manage timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams
Ensure structured intake, prioritization, and execution aligned to business goals
Measure Impact & Optimize
Track adoption, performance, and business impact of AI solutions
Analyze user feedback, outputs, and operational metrics to improve effectiveness
Continuously refine workflows to increase reliability and user experience
Enable Adoption & Change
Support change management efforts to drive adoption of AI-enabled ways of working
Educate business teams on how to effectivelyleverageAI tools and solutions
Develop documentation, playbooks, and best practices for scalable use
Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in consulting, program management, business analysis, or technology transformation
Experience supporting digital, data, or AI-related initiatives in a consulting or enterprise environment
Consulting experience and/or experience in technology or fintech industries preferred
Exposure to AI, automation, or workflow tools (hands-on or through project delivery)
Experience partnering with legal, risk, or compliance teams to ensure AI or data-driven solutions meet internal policies and external regulatory standards
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams;strong communicationand stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with AI concepts (LLMs, automation, AI agents) and exposure to tools such as OpenAI, Claude, or workflow automation platforms
Understandingofhow systems (CRM, data platforms, internal tools) support business processes
Product mindset with a focus on solvingreal businessproblems and driving measurable impact
Ability tooperatein fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong ownership across multiple workstreams
Curiosity for emerging AI capabilities and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Exposure to Agile or structured delivery methodologies and transformation programs is a plus
Additional Information Competitive Compensation Annual Base Salary Range: $89,800- $129,500, commensurate with experience and qualifications
