We're looking for a sharp, hands‑on professional who’s ready to support a growing sales org and make a big impact. Candidates must reside in the Central or Eastern U.S. time zones. Those located within 45 miles of Boston, MA or Detroit, MI are required to follow a hybrid schedule, working in-office Tuesday through Thursday. What you’ll do

Serve as a trusted resource to Sales and Sales Leadership, supporting the sales process and handling internal workflows and Salesforce inquiries. Collaborate across departments (Finance, Legal, Product, Partners, Deal Desk, etc.) to drive smooth, timely deal cycles. Proactively communicate updates and reduce operational noise so sellers can focus on selling. Gather feedback from sales and partner teams to recommend process and system enhancements to Sales Ops leadership. Organize trainings and regular meetings with AEs and Sales Managers to keep operations running smoothly. What will help you succeed

Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. At least 2 years of experience

in Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Support, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Preferred Attributes

Experience supporting Account Executives or sales teams. High emotional intelligence with a strong “customer-first” attitude. Excellent organizational and time management skills. The salary range for this role is

$46,000 - $60,000 . When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location. Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.
