About the Position
Fall 2026: Strategic Sales & Analytics Intern – part‑time 10 to 16 hours per week, September 2026 to December 2026. Position located in Needham, MA with multiple schedule options ranging from two 8‑hour days onsite to a mix of onsite and remote days.

This Role The Strategic Planning Operations (SPO) analyst will support the SharkNinja Strategic Sales & Analytics (SS&A) team by ensuring weekly and monthly actions that support the operating model are executed flawlessly. The analyst will identify risks to performance, drive team accountability, assess monthly deliverables, and optimize the operating model.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with other functions to ensure cross‑functional stakeholders are aligned and products win in the market.
Facilitate weekly cross‑functional meetings to quickly identify risks to performance and drive necessary actions.
Identify and track weekly and monthly deliverables for the SS&A teams.
Leverage data and insights from other regions to drive optimizations to the monthly operating model.
Track strategy readiness for new product launches.
Establish and document global best practices in playbooks.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s program.
Able to work a part‑time schedule of 10–16 hours per week with at least one onsite day.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
Preferred majors: Project Management, Business, or Analytics.
Interest in commercialization, sales analytics, new product launches, or program management.
Assertive, confident, and capable of driving action.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High energy, positive attitude, and detail‑oriented.
Knowledge of MS Project (or similar), PowerPoint, Visio, and SmartSheet.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay range: $26 – $33 USD.
