This Is Not a Back‑Office Recruiting Role The role is a front‑line, high‑impact recruiter who partners with senior leaders, influences hiring decisions, and brings swagger, boldness, and grit. You thrive on hard searches, data‑backed decisions, and candid communication.
Location & Reporting Based in Back Bay, Boston, MA. Hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesdays‑Friday, remote Mondays unless an accommodation is approved. Reports to Director, Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities
Own full‑cycle recruiting for sales roles across the business.
Partner with sales leaders to define role expectations and excellence criteria.
Build future‑ready talent pipelines for Account Executives, Strategic Customer Success Managers, Key Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and more.
Use data and market insight to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and improve hiring outcomes.
Source aggressively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, and other platforms.
Continuously test, measure, and improve recruiting strategies, tools, and workflows.
Deliver a candidate experience reflecting Axon’s brand—direct, respectful, fast, and human.
Build trust with hiring leaders through decisiveness, candidness, and solutions orientation.
Drive inclusive hiring by proactively sourcing diverse talent and embedding equity.
Manage multiple high‑priority searches simultaneously without compromising standards.
Qualifications
5+ years full‑cycle recruiting experience (corporate required; agency experience a plus).
Proven success recruiting sales or revenue‑generating roles in fast‑paced environments.
Strong sourcing skills and track record building high‑quality pipelines.
Comfort managing high‑volume, high‑visibility requisitions.
Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed.
Sharp instincts, strong judgment, and ability to move fast without sloppiness.
Data‑informed mindset: know what to measure and why it matters.
High accountability, strong organization, and bias for action.
