If you’ve got 2+ years of experience working directly with talent or influencers – whether at an agency, a brand, or in media – you’ll fit right in. We need someone with exceptional communication skills, top‑tier organisation, and a sharp strategic mindset to help build the next era of Amplify’s talent business.
Responsibilities
Be the go‑to person for some of the most exciting creators.
Deliver a great client experience and build strong client relationships.
Building strong talent relationships, ensuring our talent feels supported, valued, and empowered in their careers.
Develop and grow Amplify’s talent division, helping shape the future of our creators.
Secure and manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and deals.
Oversee multiple projects from ideation to execution – keeping everything running smoothly.
Stay ahead of social media trends across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snap, and beyond.
Identify and sign up‑and‑coming creators, helping them grow their careers.
Jump on inbound opportunities and leverage your network to open new doors.
Work closely with our production and partnerships teams to craft unique, talent‑led projects.
Negotiate contracts, business deals, and service agreements like a pro.
Qualifications
A deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and the creator economy.
2+ years in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience managing high‑profile clients, talent, influencers, or brand partnerships.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.
A client‑first mindset – you’re all about delivering value, building trust, and exceeding expectations.
Killer communication skills (written and verbal) with a knack for negotiation.
The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while keeping everything on track.
A sharp strategic mindset – you’re not just reactive, you plan for the future.
A strong industry network and the ability to create new opportunities.
Superb teamwork and team‑management skills.
Extreme discretion; ability to handle confidential information.
