Senior Director, Demand Generation We are hiring a Senior Director, Demand Generation to scale our growth engine. This role is equal parts strategic builder and hands‑on operator. You will create an AI‑forward demand center built on experimentation, operational rigor, and measurable pipeline impact. The position reports to the CMO and partners closely with Sales and Leadership.

What You’ll Do Build an AI-powered GTM Engineering Center

Build and lead a modern, efficient, AI-enabled demand center of excellence that scales with our enterprise growth. You will standardize planning, execution, and measurement across segments and routes to market, and operationalize best practices from high-performing demand organizations.

Establish an experimentation culture with clear hypotheses, instrumented funnels, test design discipline, and documented learnings that become repeatable playbooks.

Embed AI across workflows to improve speed, targeting precision, personalization, and marketing productivity while maintaining brand, privacy, and compliance standards.

Own global digital acquisition programs that build mindshare, drive qualified traffic, and accelerate new customer acquisition for an enterprise technical product.

Lead a multi‑channel acquisition mix for awareness and acquisition.

Build and manage a rigorous measurement framework to improve ROI, optimize spend allocation, and guide investment strategy. Use AI‑driven insights to refine targeting, creative, and channel mix continuously.

Lead the team and systems that enable consistent, high‑quality campaign execution at scale.

Establish standards for deliverability, accessibility, creative quality, messaging consistency, and engagement performance, with tight QA and instrumentation.

Build the foundation for a Journey Optimization capability that connects lifecycle, personalization, and experimentation across the customer experience, improving conversion and velocity through better tools, automation, and process consistency.

Own Team Development and Operations Own planning, budget management, and performance reporting and build a high‑performing team with deep skills in analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled marketing.

Define KPIs and reporting cadences for executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Hire, coach, and develop leaders across performance marketing, lifecycle, web/CRO, ABM orchestration, and marketing operations.

12+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management in B2B SaaS, ideally marketing to technical buyers in the enterprise (data, infra, developer platforms, security, or AI platforms).

Demonstrated success scaling a demand organization through best practices, experimentation, and automation to deliver measurable growth.

Expertise in sales‑led and product‑led enterprise motions and reporting on the metrics that matter.

Strong analytical orientation — you build measurement systems, run disciplined experiments, and turn results into scalable playbooks.

Fluency in applying AI to marketing workflows (optimization, personalization, content operations, productivity), plus the judgment to deploy it responsibly.

Cross‑functional influence with Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, and RevOps, and comfort operating with high accountability.

Qualifications

Well versed with modern marketing and sales technology stacks.

Executive presence and credibility with C-level and technical decision makers.

Ability to connect technical and quantitative detail to business value in a clear, compelling way.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.

Bonus Points

Experience building category‑defining narratives in emerging technology spaces.

Strong technical storytelling instincts for complex products and skeptical buyers.

Bay Area: $270,000–$300,000 OTE + equity + benefits
