Territory Sales Representative Your Location : Territory position in Nashville, TN covering South Nashville - Franklin, Columbia, Murfreesboro, surrounding areas & Northern Alabama - North of Birmingham.

You Report To : Associate Sales Manager.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our business, managing loan originations and cultivating strong relationships with auto dealerships across Alabama. This is a field role, meeting clients 40+ hours a week, and the company reimburses extensive car travel.

Compensation & Career Growth

Starting base salary at $59,324 plus a quarterly performance bonus, depending on experience.

First quarter bonus guaranteed during training.

Average quarterly bonus historically 105% in this territory.

What you will do

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective auto dealerships in your territory.

Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership accounts, available via phone, text, or email during business hours.

Educate dealerships on our services.

Prospect auto dealerships for future business, including cold-calling.

Weekly travel to dealerships in your designated geography.

What you Bring

Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Reliable transportation.

CRM experience.

Strong computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
