RFD Beaufort is hiring a Customer Service Representative based in Virginia Beach, VA — a hybrid customer success and inside sales role at the intersection of tactical gear, defense products, and relationship-driven business growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing and nurturing a portfolio of customer accounts
Generating quotes, processing orders, and identifying upsell opportunities
Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, BD, and marketing teams
Working directly within Salesforce and our internal ERP/CRM systems
Qualifications If you have a background in customer service or inside sales—especially in manufacturing, retail, or the military/law enforcement product space—we want to hear from you.
