Head of Growth Creatives

This role is a unique opportunity to lead and scale a high‑impact creative function focused on performance marketing across multiple digital channels. You will take full ownership of creative strategy, transforming brand positioning into compelling, conversion‑driven campaigns. The position combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, requiring a deep understanding of audience behavior, platform trends, and creative testing. Accountabilities

Define and lead the overall performance creative strategy across channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, display, and affiliate networks

Establish audience segments, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and creative angles that maximize engagement and conversion

Build and optimize a scalable creative production pipeline, including briefing, storyboarding, content sourcing, editing workflows, and localization

Oversee and execute structured creative testing strategies, including experimentation with formats, hooks, CTAs, and landing page variations

Analyze performance data (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, engagement metrics) to generate insights and continuously refine creative output

Collaborate with media buying teams to align creative strategy with budget allocation and campaign goals

Ensure brand consistency and compliance standards across all performance‑driven campaigns

Lead, mentor, and manage internal teams, external agencies, and creator networks to deliver high‑quality creative assets

Integrate feedback loops from user research, surveys, and social listening to inform new concepts and iterations

Requirements

5+ years of experience in performance creative, digital advertising, or growth marketing roles

Proven track record of developing high‑performing direct‑response creatives across major paid channels

Strong understanding of platform‑native content trends, storytelling techniques, and audience engagement strategies

Hands‑on experience in creative concepting, scripting, and rapid iteration of marketing assets

Ability to translate brand voice and creative ideas into measurable business outcomes

Experience managing cross‑functional creative teams and collaborating with external partners or agencies

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly

Excellent communication and leadership skills in a remote, global work environment

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
