This role involves coordinating client communications, executing account strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The Account Manager acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams to meet client needs and drive satisfaction.**How You Will Contribute:*** Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication. Address client inquiries, issues, and requests with a focus on providing excellent customer service.* Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and updates under the guidance of the Account Executive.* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.* Support Account Executive in developing account strategies and identifying opportunities for account growth.* Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Account Executive, benefit administrator, sales) to ensure projects are executed according to client specifications and deadlines.* Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to clients and Account Executive.* Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.* Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and invoices.* Manage relationships with benefits vendors and service providers.**Licenses & Certifications:*** Life & Health Insurance license (2-15) with 30 days of hire* Valid driver’s license**Skills & Experience to be Successful:*** Minimum of 3 years in Account Management or client service experience with large and/or self-funded accounts (required)* Minimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED)* Proficient with MS Office Suite and Excel* Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.* Travel may be required* Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a business or financial related discipline or experience in lieu of degree (preferred)* Professional designation (preferred)* Minimum typing speed of 40 to 50 words per minute (preferred)* Agency Management System knowledge (preferred)**Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being**We go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:* *Health Benefits*: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance* *Financial Benefits*: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement* *Mental Health & Wellness*: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services* *Beyond Benefits*: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.*Not reflective of all benefits.
