Client Development & Partnerships (Engineering + Tech Services)
Location: Cincinnati | Hybrid
Analysis Express, Inc. (AE) (AEBrands.tech) supports engineering and technology teams in solving complex challenges across design, data, and development efforts.
This role is about understanding what teams are trying to build or fix, then connecting the right people or solutions. You’ll be working across engineering, software, and data, right in the middle of business and technology and engineering.
What you’ll do:
Work with technical and engineering leaders to understand what they’re trying to build or solve
Identify where additional support or solutions can move things forward
Connect the right people or teams to the problem
Build and grow long-term client relationships
What you’ll be working with:
Mechanical and biomedical engineering support (design, testing, validation, manufacturing)
Software and data support (data engineering, analytics, internal tools, automation)
Project-based work, from individual contributors to small cross-functional teams
Support for design changes, testing backlogs, and product development timelines
Help for teams that are overloaded, under-resourced, or trying to move faster
What we’re looking for:
Experience in sales, recruiting, or account management
Comfortable around technical conversations
Strong communication without sounding scripted
Self-driven, get your hands dirty.
