Pay Range: $28-32/hr
Luxury Method, a division of CoWorx Staffing, is seeking a passionate Brand Ambassador to represent OSEA Malibu, a leader in clean, seaweed-infused skincare for over 27 years. As a key member of our expanding team, you’ll have the opportunity to share your love for clean beauty and wellness through education and sales with our partner accounts.
We’re looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales, a passion for luxury skincare, and a commitment to clean beauty. This role requires flexibility to travel within 30 minutes of your home to various store locations.
Responsibilities
Confidently and authentically communicate the brand’s story, emphasizing natural and clean ingredients.
Educate both employees and customers on product benefits and brand philosophy.
Drive sales through personalized recommendations and hands-on product demonstrations.
Meet set sales targets while working independently in the field.
Efficiently manage a schedule across multiple store locations.
Provide support and guidance to retail partner staff.
Comfortable performing mini skincare treatments on the sales floor.
Submit detailed recaps, offering insights to enhance the customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Retail experience, particularly in beauty, wellness, or skincare.
Esthetician license or hands-on skincare expertise. (preferred)
Ability to quickly adapt to new platforms for scheduling and reporting.
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage and educate.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-driven approach.
