ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a
Technical Writer
to create clear, user-friendly documentation by translating complex technical concepts and source code into high-quality content. Working closely with engineers and leveraging AI‑assisted tools, you’ll generate, review, and refine documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability for both end users and support teams. This role offers strong cross‑functional collaboration and the opportunity to shape modern, AI‑enhanced documentation practices.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Collaborate closely with project engineers to obtain and understand source code, technical implementations, and product behavior.
Use an AI agent to generate end‑user and internal documentation.
Review, edit, and proofread AI‑generated content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and a professional tone.
Translate complex technical concepts and code logic into clear, user‑focused documentation.
Test, evaluate, and improve AI agent outputs by refining prompts and providing feedback.
Ensure documentation aligns with product updates, engineering changes, and support needs.
Maintain documentation standards, structure, and best practices across deliverables.
MUST HAVES
3+ years of experience
in a related role.
Ability to
understand and read code
and convert technical logic into documentation using AI.
Strong
critical thinking
skills and ability to work with ambiguity.
Ability to analyze technical information, identify gaps, and ask the right questions.
Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills.
Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
Ability to critically evaluate
AI‑generated output
and improve its quality.
Availability for
overlap with EST time zone .
NICE TO HAVES
Previous experience as a developer or technical writer.
Experience or background as a QA Engineer, BA, or PM.
Familiarity with AI‑assisted content creation or prompt engineering.
Experience working with developer tools, APIs, or SaaS products.
Understanding of end‑user support processes and troubleshooting workflows.
