Role: Footwear Color Designer – Kids + Core (Contract)
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Must Have 2+ years of footwear color design experience Strong CORE color strategy (focus on longevity, not seasonal trends) Ability to build color lines & consumer-focused storytelling Solid understanding of CORE consumer & product storytelling Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Portfolio required (PDF or website – mandatory)
Nice to Have Clear color inspiration + rationale tied to consumer needs Strong storytelling on consumer-product interaction Experience with enterprise-level retailers Ability to take feedback & iterate quickly Knowledge of Keynote / PowerPoint
Key Info Team: Kids + Core Color & Materials Design (Global) Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Materials, Product, Merchandising) Focus: Narrative-driven color concepts & seasonal palettes Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative, consumer-focused
