HIRING: Private Estate Manager – Nashville, TN
Full Time Live-out – On site position
Experienced and highly professional Estate Manager to oversee daily operation of private residence. Ideal candidate will be discreet, detail-oriented, acquainted with care of high-end furnishings, and capable of managing all aspects of household administration.
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the household Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers Keeping all office manuals up to date, filing reports for credit cards and petty cash with main office, and possible creation of cashflow projections for projects or an annual budget Supervise existing household staff, ensure high standards and work with department heads to plan weekly duties Manage household inventory and supplies for various departments including landscaping, housekeeping and chef Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality at all times
Requirements: Must have prior high-end estate management experience minimum 5-years Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to anticipate owners’ needs and be proactive Excellent communication skills
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional special occasions or events on weekends.
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, approximately $150K
