Personal Assistant / Family Office Associate
Single Family Office is seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant / Family Office Associate to support the principals affiliated with a real estate investment firm. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day personal, administrative, and household operations, ensuring a high level of efficiency and organization across multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate complex calendars for multiple individuals
Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
Oversee operations across multiple residences, including vendor coordination
Manage household vendors (cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, etc.)
Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with bill pay
Coordinate appointments, reservations, and personal events
Handle correspondence and general administrative tasks
Support ad hoc personal and family office-related projects
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a personal assistant within a family office or private household environment
Exposure to real estate or property management is a plus
Experience supporting multiple individuals preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
