Executive / Personal Assistant - Family Office
We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive/Personal Assistant to support a private family office overseeing multiple residences and entities. This individual will serve as a key point of coordination across financial, operational, and personal matters.
Responsibilities:
Oversee property operations, vendors, and maintenance across multiple residences
Coordinate construction and renovation projects with contractors and design professionals
Manage cash flow, banking, bill pay, and bookkeeping across entities
Administer insurance policies (property, auto, collections, liability) including renewals and claims
Support family members with financial, housing, and administrative needs
Manage domestic staff hiring, onboarding, payroll, and compliance
Coordinate with accountants on tax documentation and filings
Oversee office operations, IT infrastructure, and service providers
Arrange travel (commercial and private) and handle day-to-day logistics
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in a family office or similar environment
Strong financial and organizational skills
High level of discretion and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
