
Business Manager - LATAM (ROLA)

Acer America Corporation is seeking a Business Manager – LATAM (ROLA) to drive the commercial success, market expansion, and operational execution of Acer’s portfolio across Latin America. This role will own regional revenue performance, channel strategy, and partner engagement across key LATAM markets, working cross-functionally with global product teams, regional sales leaders, marketing, and distribution partners. The ideal candidate combines strong business ownership with hands-on execution capable of translating global strategy into localized growth plans while building high-impact relationships across key strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
Own revenue, margin, and market share performance across Latin American markets Develop and execute quarterly and annual business plans aligned with Acer America’s global strategy Lead relationships with key strategic partners across LATAM Partner with global and regional marketing teams to localize campaigns effectively Partner with product management, and operations teams to align supply with regional demand Collaborate cross-functionality on budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis Influence product roadmap and pricing strategies based on LATAM market insights Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner performance Create long-term business development plan to support sales-in and -out targets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields 5+ years of experience in business management, sales, or regional market ownership Strong experience in LATAM markets (Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Panama, etc.) Industry experience in computer hardware, consumer electronics, or technology Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets, forecasting, and business planning Proficiency in financial data analysis and reporting Excellent interpersonal skills for interfacing with customers, partners, employees, and stakeholders Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred
