Experience and Skills Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on real estate law. Candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies, managing their existing client base and handling all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Additional responsibilities include managing a team of Associates.
What You’ll Need: Licensed to practise in California Established book of business, clients that can generate at least 400K in annual billing
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between
$300,000 – $600,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
