NREIG is seeking four (4) entry level EOI Coordinator to join our growing team in our new Knoxville, TN office. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with numbers and customers, this could be a great opportunity to start or grow your career in insurance operations.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for: Processing accounts receivable payments Supporting collections efforts and following up on past-due accounts with professionalism and tact Answering client billing questions via phone and email Monitoring receivables and assisting with month-end closing activities Coordinating non-payment cancellations in compliance with company guidelines Assisting with escrow billing for renewals, deposits, refunds, and large client requests Maintaining accurate records while protecting confidential information Contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment
We’re looking for someone who has: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence and diplomacy when working with clients on billing and payment issues Strong organizational and time-management skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Willingness to learn new systems and processes Dependable, regular attendance
