We’re working with an innovative, fast-growing biotechnology platform company operating at the forefront of biologics and antibody discovery.
They are looking for a PhD-trained scientist to join in a highly collaborative, office-based role focused on translating complex science into clear, high-quality scientific content and strategic messaging.
This position sits at the intersection of research, communication, and external engagement — ideal for someone who enjoys synthesizing data, building narratives, and working closely with scientific and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop high-quality scientific content across multiple formats (articles, case studies, slide decks, web content, and technical materials) Translate complex biological data into clear, engaging, and scientifically rigorous narratives Collaborate closely with internal scientists, leadership, and commercial teams to shape key messaging Manage content projects end-to-end, from concept through to final delivery Support scientific communications for conferences, presentations, and external engagement activities Contribute to broader marketing and communications initiatives, including digital campaigns and events
Your Background: PhD in molecular biology, immunology, oncology, or related life sciences field Strong understanding of drug discovery, preclinical biology, or biologics platforms Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and effectively (written and verbal) Experience with scientific writing, content development, or related communication-focused work Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
This Role Is Ideal For: Scientists who enjoy writing, synthesizing information, and shaping how scientific innovation is communicated — particularly those looking to move beyond the bench into a more visible, narrative-driven role within a collaborative team environment.
If you’re excited about combining deep scientific knowledge with communication and storytelling, feel free to get in touch.
