Salary: $70,304 per year to $71,000 per year

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Three (3) years’ experience in management.

Administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorder or mental health treatment facility.

Must possess a current valid driver’s license in good standing in the state of employment.

Ability to travel up to 20% to attend meetings and conferences.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution in Human Services field.

Responsibilities:

Assist Executive Director with development, implementation and enforcement of all policies and procedures including client and employee rights according to agency, state, federal and accreditation standards.

Plan for and administer managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the organization.

Participate in the Performance Improvement Plan for client care, teammate retention and performance.

Ensure all teammates are assigned duties based upon education, experience & competency, review and sign‑off of their job description and that all teammates are oriented within fifteen (15) days of hire.

Assist Executive Director in establishing and maintaining community relationships, including memorandums of agreement with community resources.

Supervise/training/orientation of teammates as directed by Executive Director.

Maintain a system for review of personnel files per Talent/Human Resource guidelines.

Ensure that policies for documentation in patient records are adhered to and timely.

Ensure safety and well-being of teammates and patients through the development and implementation of policies and procedures addressing health and safety accreditation standards.

Attend team meetings and complete all training courses timely as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.
