Summary of Position The Account Coordinator is a support role responsible for assisting the team in day‑to‑day execution of promotions. The Coordinator will apply processes, skills, knowledge and collaboration to aid Account Executives and Account Supervisors in achieving specific project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support assigned team of Account Executives, Senior Account Executives and Account Supervisors in the execution of promotions.

Communicate with clients, vendors and internal cross‑functional teams as directed.

Attend internal and vendor execution meetings.

Create and manage timelines; communicate expectations to relevant client contacts, suppliers and internal personnel.

Enter program details in client systems and trackers and ensure data accuracy.

Proofread and review coupons and UPC lists for accuracy.

Read and interpret program tracking reports to provide information to the team.

Review and track client invoice information.

Manage client budgets, POs and invoicing totals.

Troubleshoot and resolve vendor invoicing discrepancies.

Knowledge/Skills Preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (above average proficiency in Excel required).

Typing speed of at least 55 wpm.

Excellent organizing, time‑management and oral & written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organization.

Problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams, departments, vendors and clients.

Ability to proof own and others’ work to ensure accuracy.

Effective management of timelines, budgets and deliverables of multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine correspondence and communicate effectively to clients and internal team.

Ability to deliver projects to clients within agreed scope and collaborate with larger team.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions and percentages.

Work Environment & Accommodations We operate a hybrid model with teams in the office an average of four days a week. The position is based in Cincinnati, OH. Relocation package is not offered. Accommodation and flexibility for applicants may be discussed during the interview process.
