Key Responsibilities

Process and submit new and used vehicle titles and registrations with the DMV

Pay and post WebDealer ACH transactions for title and license TTL fees

Review title and funding schedules on a weekly basis

Submit white slips for payment of drafts

Ensure compliance with all state title regulations, fees, and deadlines

Maintain accurate, organized records while managing multiple priorities

Employee Prerequisites

Dealership experience with automotive titles (required)

Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills

Comfortable using computers; Tekion experience is a plus

Ability to multitask and keep pace in a high‑volume environment

Self‑starter who works well independently and collaboratively

Flexible, professional, and reliable with a strong work ethic
