TikTok Content Strategist & Creator

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, combining creative strategy with hands‑on content creation to drive meaningful engagement and growth. You will own the end‑to‑end TikTok content roadmap, from spotting trends early to producing scroll‑stopping videos that resonate with audiences and convert. The position involves collaborating closely with Growth, Creative, Influencer, and Paid teams to ensure that content aligns with brand objectives while staying agile and trend‑forward. You’ll be empowered to test, iterate, and optimize your work based on performance data, giving you both creative freedom and measurable impact. This role offers the opportunity to shape a brand’s presence on TikTok while working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Accountabilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok content strategy aligned with brand, growth, and product priorities

Build and manage weekly and monthly content calendars tied to launches, campaigns, and cultural moments

Concept, script, film, and edit native TikTok videos optimized for performance and engagement

Monitor trends, sounds, formats, and creator behaviors to inform timely and relevant content

Track and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) to optimize content strategy

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Growth, Paid, Creative, Brand, and Influencer teams to maximize impact and alignment

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience creating or strategizing TikTok content for a brand or creator account

Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and creator culture

Proven ability to produce content that drives engagement and conversions

Strong storytelling instincts with expertise in hooks and platform‑first video formats

Comfortable being on camera and directing others during shoots

Highly organized, adaptable, and able to iterate quickly based on performance data

Data‑informed creative thinker who prioritizes meaningful metrics over vanity numbers

Bonus Points

Experience with beauty, haircare, wellness, or lifestyle brands

Familiarity with TikTok Shop, affiliates, or live shopping

Experience repurposing organic content into paid ads

Strong POV on what makes content convert vs. simply follow trends
