Jr. Marketing Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of core marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, events, reporting, and sales enablement. This role is focused on reliable, on‑time delivery of assigned tasks, maintaining quality standards, and supporting cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing programs run smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Team, Product Managers, Sales, and other internal partners to help bring marketing plans to life.

Marketing Campaign Support

Execute assigned campaign tasks on time and to specification.

Build and schedule emails and organic social posts using tools such as Hootsuite or similar platforms.

Update landing pages with approved copy, forms, and tracking links (UTMs).

Maintain campaign calendars and task status in Monday.com.

Perform QA checks (links, formatting, UTMs, rendering) prior to launch.

Content Development

Draft short‑form copy from approved messaging and creative briefs.

Make minor updates to existing website and marketing content.

Create basic visual assets using templates and stock imagery.

Proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and brand compliance.

Maintain content libraries and file organization in SharePoint, Salesforce, and the Sales App.

Marketing Data & Reporting

Pull and prepare weekly dashboards and scorecards.

Maintain UTM and QR code trackers.

Assist with marketing data hygiene and data imports.

Support report consolidation for market and channel performance.

Sales Enablement

Update sales content such as flyers, presentations, and battlecards.

Ensure sales associates have access to required content and tools.

Support sales enablement activities and content updates as needed.

Administrative Support

Support SharePoint, repository, and file‑naming hygiene.

Assist with PO/PR requests and invoice processing.

Help maintain Monday.com boards and marketing request workflows.

Who We're Looking For Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

1-3 years of marketing experience or relevant internship experience.

Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (or ability to learn quickly).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
