Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate executive-level discovery workshops to understand client business strategy, operating models, and enterprise ServiceNow requirements
Define and own the ServiceNow platform architecture vision and roadmap, aligning capabilities across modules (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) with business objectives
Establish enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and design principles to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
Drive end-to-end solution architecture, including data models, integrations, platform consolidation, and environment strategy
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, and guide portfolio-level decisions
Provide architectural oversight across delivery teams, ensuring alignment to design, best practices, and long-term platform strategy
Lead cross-functional collaboration across development, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure cohesive platform delivery
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex technical concepts into business value and strategic outcomes
Oversee governance, platform health, and technical debt management, ensuring long-term sustainability of the ServiceNow ecosystem
Guide large-scale transformations, including platform migrations, module expansion, and enterprise integrations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a strong focus on architecture and platform strategy
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM)
Demonstrated experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, and platform governance
Strong background in client-facing consulting, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including data model design, CMDB, integrations (REST/SOAP), and platform capabilities
Experience leading large, complex implementations and multi-team delivery efforts
Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and how they align to enterprise service management
Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery models, guiding teams at scale
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) (or progress toward certification)
Multiple ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS across various modules)
Experience with enterprise integration patterns, middleware, and API-led architecture
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise infrastructure environments
Experience with AIOps, automation, and platform optimization strategies
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and governance models
Proven track record of driving platform standardization, consolidation, and innovation

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $95,400 - $192,000
Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
