Initial Priorities
Integrate into daily operations across 36 holes
Develop elite agronomic skill sets, including:
Water management
Fertilizer and chemical applications
Irrigation diagnostics and repair
Championship course setup
Team leadership
Gain exposure to all facets of a top‑20 agronomy program
Success Traits

Preferred Qualifications
Certificate, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree preferred

$80,000 – $90,000
