
Merchandising/Stocking Representative

Responsible for merchandising, managing and stocking inventory (including mouldings, columns, boards/lumber, stairparts, etc.) in Lowe’s retail stores. The representative maintains inventory data, submits orders, stocks products to ensure proper merchandising and signage, and promotes sales growth through strong supplier‑customer relationships.
Requires daily travel using a company‑provided vehicle and a good driving history. Expected to meet customer satisfaction through hard work and adherence to job requirements.
Essential Functions
Remove and dispose of cull product in accordance with company policy.
Order product to replenish sold inventory across a group of Lowe’s retail stores within a given region.
Merchandise and stock building products in Lowe’s retail stores; manage and order inventory in assigned territory.
Build a strong supplier‑customer relationship within the representative’s district.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; visit all stores per the schedule set by the District Manager.
Pack out products within 36 hours of delivery as required by the District Manager.
Repetitively lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
Proficient with fax machines, copiers, smartphones, and computers; submit market shops, price shops, and surveys as required by management.
Display keen eye for merchandising and detail, be self‑motivated, willing to work a flexible schedule, and thrive independently.
