Job Summary The Business Analytics team is central in how FCC understands and delivers for our fans and is tasked with collecting and analyzing data to improve our understanding of fans. We make decisions based on this data to improve facilities, drive pricing decisions, and the enhance fan loyalty and satisfaction. The Senior Director of Business Analytics is a hands‑on leader who will help set this strategy, the roadmap, and the operating model for our end‑to‑end data and analytics functions to achieve the strategic goal. You will lead a large‑scale Salesforce implementation and reimagine our analytics operations—from ingestion and orchestration through the warehouse, semantic layer, BI, and activation—so customer and commercial workflows run on governed, high‑quality data. This role will mentor, build, and scale a high-performing team, modernize our data platform and processes, and deliver trusted, actionable insights that power decision‑making. You’ll partner with business leaders to define KPIs, enable self‑service analytics, and ensure our systems and data are secure, compliant, and built to scale.
What You’ll Do
Business Analytics Management and Leadership
Own the data & analytics strategy and operating model by setting the vision, roadmap, and tracking measurable outcomes
Build, mentor, and retain a multidisciplinary team across data, reporting and CRM
Establish delivery cadences, SLAs, standards, and quality benchmarks; drive adoption and measurable impact.
Manage budget, vendor relationships, and contracts; prioritize investments against strategic goals.
Oversight and management of Business Analytics staff across the core functions
Data Integration, Data Warehousing & Management —Oversee the Director of Business Analytics leading the development of platform architecture, APIs, orchestration, ELT standards, warehouse/lakehouse, modeling & semantic layers, data quality and lineage/catalog, privacy/access controls, and ownership of the enterprise schema and data dictionary.
Analytics & Reporting : Define KPI frameworks with executives; deliver standardized, automated dashboards and predictive/diagnostic analyses; enable self‑service and drive adoption.
CRM Functionality : Lead Salesforce (Sales CRM, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud), ticketing, and marketing automation integrations; drive user enablement, permissions, workflows, data hygiene, and audience segmentation.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
Assist other departments turn complex analysis into clear narratives and decisions for operational and strategic impact.
Work with ticketing and partnerships teams to standardize KPIs and automated reporting; integrate ticketing data; enable demand/yield forecasting and CRM‑driven workflows to boost rep adoption.
Align with marketing and community to define lifecycle KPIs and attribution; operationalize audience segments and journeys in CRM/Data Cloud; deliver simple impact dashboards and insight‑to‑action rituals.
Champion data literacy with playbooks, training, and office hours
Ensure report OKRs, ROI, risks, and wins to leadership.
What You’ll Need
Bachelors required; Master’s (quant/tech/business) preferred or equivalent experience
5-8+ years in data/analytics leadership; 5+ years leading managers and multi‑disciplinary teams.
Proven experience in the Salesforce ecosystem including Sales CRM, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud
Experience and knowledge in leading a team responsible for:
Architecture & Engineering : Cloud data platforms (warehouse/lakehouse), APIs, ELT/ETL, orchestration/CI‑CD, observability, cost/performance tuning.
Data Management : Dimensional/entity modeling, semantic layers, data quality, lineage/catalog, RBAC/ABAC; ownership of schema and data dictionary.
Analytics & BI : KPI frameworks, automated reporting, self‑service enablement, predictive/diagnostic analytics; strong SQL (Python/R a plus).
Practical experience working with legal teams in implementing privacy, security, and retention controls.
Demonstrated success in Agile practices, backlog/portfolio management, vendor and budget ownership, exceptional communication and storytelling.
