Title: Director of Integrated Marketing Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Company: VIVAIA Reporting Line: Co-Founder VIVAIA is a fast-growing sustainable footwear brand known for combining comfort, innovation, and modern design. With rapid global expansion across e-commerce and retail, we are building a stronger brand presence in the U.S. market. We are looking for a Director of Integrated Marketing to lead brand campaigns and consumer engagement in the U.S. This role will focus on integrated marketing strategy, community engagement, and offline brand activations. Responsibilities Lead integrated marketing campaigns across social, influencer, PR, and retail channels Build and grow VIVAIA’s brand community and customer engagement Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives including brand events, pop-ups, and store activations Collaborate with e-commerce, retail, and global marketing teams to drive brand growth Requirements 8+ years of marketing experience in consumer, fashion, retail, or DTC brands Strong experience in integrated marketing campaigns and brand building Experience with community marketing, influencer marketing, and offline events Strong communication and project management skills VIVAIA is an equal opportunity employer.
