Social Media Manager

Nude Miami is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to assist with our Instagram, TikTok, and overall digital presence. We’re building something very special in Miami — a brand at the forefront of health, wellness, and lifestyle. This role is for someone who truly understands taste, brand storytelling, and what makes content cut through. We want someone who knows how to make a brand feel timeless, elevated, and impossible to ignore. This person should have real experience growing exciting brands online, ideally across hospitality, wellness, fashion, beauty, food and beverage, or lifestyle. You should be highly organized, creative, fast-moving, and confident turning a brand into a full world online. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day social media strategy and execution across Instagram and TikTok Build and manage the content calendar Plan, shoot, direct, and coordinate content with founders, team members, creators, and videographers Create and post high-quality short-form content, stories, reels, and behind-the-scenes moments Write strong captions and help refine the brand voice across platforms Stay ahead of trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments Develop content that drives excitement around the brand, opening, products, team, and lifestyle Begin building and managing Nude Miami’s entire social media team Help shape the visual identity and social direction of Nude Miami Track performance and optimize based on what is actually working Work closely with the founders and creative team to keep content aligned and elevated Qualifications 3+ years of social media management experience Strong experience growing Instagram and TikTok accounts for brands with taste Excellent eye for content, design, tone, and storytelling Confident on iPhone capture, content direction, and editing workflows Deep understanding of what performs on social Strong writing and communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and able to move quickly Experience in hospitality, wellness, food, fashion, beauty, or luxury lifestyle is strongly preferred Ideal Candidate Has exceptional taste Understands aspirational branding Knows how to build buzz and momentum Can make a brand feel cool, current, and premium Is excited to work closely with founders and help shape a fast-growing brand from the inside Lives the Nude Miami brand Compensation Competitive, based on experience.
