As a member of the Relationship Marketing Strategy team, you will play a central role in shaping how brands build meaningful, ongoing relationships with their customers. You will craft omnichannel strategies - spanning CRM, email, SMS, web, and mobile app - to help clients unlock the value of their first‐party data and transform it into personalized, connected customer experiences. This team blends analytical rigor, creative problem‐solving, and thought leadership, with a strong focus on 1:1 people‐based marketing.
