And now we're looking for an experienced Executive Producer to help lead and support our evening news team. Responsibilities Strong news-producing skills and the ability to use that experience to mentor and guide a team of producers and anchor/reporters. Exceptional communication skills and experience in creating a positive team environment. Excellent news judgment and proven ability to lead both evening enterprise and breaking news content. Ability to work with the senior news management as needed to implement policies and procedures within the department. Qualifications Ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a producer, and previous experience as an Executive Producer. The successful applicant's background must include, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism or, or the equivalent. No beginners.
