Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator

We’re hiring an Experienced Executive Assistant (with a financial edge). Not entry‑level. Project & Task‑based detail‑oriented work with big‑picture organizational focus. Critical thinking required. Former project/team management can replace Exec Asst experience. This is a right‑hand operator role inside a boutique wealth management firm. Goldbloom Wealth Management (GWM) serves a small group of high‑net‑worth clients through a “more important than money / True Wealth” philosophy—and we’re growing. We’re looking for someone who can step in and own execution at a high level while getting the hands‑on work done using dual CRM, existing systems post a merger (Outlook and MSFT pkg and GSuite, Slack and Teams, all in use, in collaborative manner).
