Support the marketing team with the design of a wide range of branded creative assets Create visuals for email newsletters, direct mail campaigns, catalog, social media, promotional materials, and other marketing initiatives Develop on-brand creative that feels cohesive, polished, and aligned with campaign goals Collaborate with the team on launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and ongoing brand storytelling Prepare final files for both digital use and print production Make revisions efficiently and accurately based on feedback What We’re Looking For Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Strong working knowledge of Canva Experience creating marketing design across both digital and print formats A strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished work Bonus If You Have Experience working with beauty, lifestyle, or fashion brands A portfolio that shows strong branding sensibility and range across multiple marketing channels Understanding of how to create work that is not just beautiful, but also strategic and effective Zodica Perfumery is a national brand with their manufacturing facility based in Madison, WI.
