
Marketing Team Lead

The Marketing Team Lead is responsible for planning, developing, and executing digital and print based marketing strategies that support Delta Community Supports and its mission. This role manages brand consistency, oversees content creation, and ensures that all communication reflects the organization’s values and commitment to the individuals and families we serve. The Marketing Lead works closely with internal departments to promote programs, recruitment efforts, community engagement, and organizational initiatives. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across website, social media, and email platforms
Create and publish content that promotes programs, services, and organizational updates
Maintain the Delta website, ensuring accurate information, updated visuals, and user friendly navigation
Track and analyze digital engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance
Support recruitment marketing through targeted digital outreach and job promotion
Print Based Marketing
Design and produce print materials including brochures, flyers, newsletters, signage, and event collateral
Maintain brand standards across all printed materials
Coordinate printing, distribution, and vendor relationships as needed
Brand and Communications
Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all communication channels
Support internal communications including staff announcements, newsletters, and organizational updates
Assist with storytelling efforts that highlight program success, community partnerships, and mission impact
Collaborate with leadership to support public relations and community outreach efforts
Project Management
Manage multiple marketing projects with clear timelines and deliverables
Partner with program directors, HR, and executive leadership to understand needs and develop appropriate marketing solutions
Maintain an organized library of digital assets, templates, and brand resources
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
Three years of experience in digital and print based marketing
Experience in human services or nonprofit settings preferred, but not required
