About MTK Careers is seeking a motivated Content Creator to support our mission of helping students and early-career professionals break into competitive industries. This is a fully remote role focused on creating engaging, conversion-driven content across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Success in this position looks like consistently producing content that builds trust with an audience and drives interest in MTK Careers’ services. You do not need a large following—just the ability to create relatable, valuable content and a willingness to learn what converts. This role is an important part of MTK Careers’ growth, directly contributing to new client acquisition through a performance-based model. Responsibilities Create and publish engaging content related to careers, internships, and professional growth Share insights, tips, or personal experiences that resonate with students and job seekers Drive interest in MTK Careers’ services through clear and authentic messaging Stay consistent with content creation and posting Monitor what performs well and adjust content accordingly Collaborate with the team as needed to align messaging and goals Qualifications Interest in content creation (experience is a plus, but not required) Comfortable creating videos or posts on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or LinkedIn Strong communication skills and ability to connect with an audience Willingness to learn and improve content over time Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Interest in careers, education, or helping others succeed professionally is a plus Compensation Commission-based with uncapped earning potential Earn for each client that comes through your content #J-18808-Ljbffr
