
Content Creator & Social Media Strategist

We’re a haircare brand looking for a creative, highly organized Social Media Manager to lead our social presence across TikTok and Instagram. This person will own the day-to-day strategy, content planning, shooting content, posting, community engagement, and performance reporting. You should be equally strong in trend-based content, storytelling and posting consistently .You understand what makes content convert and how to translate product benefits into scroll-stopping moments.
Key Responsibilities
Concept, script, ideate, shoot and edit high-performing content for TikTok and Instagram (Reels + Stories + Feed)
Capture product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content aligned with brand aesthetic
Develop short-form video (UGC-style, educational, aspirational, and comedic formats)
Build weekly content calendars
Must be organized and a self-starter
Must be able to strategize and be curious to learn about what works on social
Be able to collaborate with the rest of the team
Identify trends, audios, formats, and cultural moments that align with the brands
An eye for good lighting and composition and beauty aesthetics
Must be able to use Canva, Capcut and Later/Planoly (or other editing apps, softwares or scheduling platforms)
Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
Write captions and post consistently.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working with salons, retailers (Nordstrom/Sephora), or prestige beauty channels
Experience managing influencer/affiliate pipelines
Knowledge of how paid social works (boosting best-performing posts, creative testing)
Passion for haircareand beauty
Success in This Role Looks Like:
Consistent posting rhythm with high-quality creative execution both on stories and short form video content on Tiktok and Instagram
Clear growth in views, engagement, saves, and share rate
Stronger conversion from social platform to product pages
