Property Manager
to lead daily operations, maximize occupancy, and ensure our multi‑family community thrives. Wrenfield is a 300‑unit community where contemporary design, natural beauty, and Madison’s vibrant energy come together.
What You’ll Do As the Property Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of community operations while delivering excellent customer service and driving property performance. Responsibilities include:
Managing day‑to‑day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
Leading, mentoring, and developing on‑site team members.
Driving occupancy and retention through effective leasing and marketing strategies.
Preparing, managing, and adhering to the community’s operating budget.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and safety regulations.
Handling resident concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Partnering with corporate leadership on reporting, financials, and long‑term planning.
What We’re Looking For
2‑4+ years of property management experience, preferably in multi‑family housing.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, leasing practices, and property operations.
Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, etc.).
Strong financial acumen with budget and reporting experience.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.
ADA Physical Requirements of the Position Must be able to sit for prolonged periods, climb stairs, walk community grounds, and lift 15 pounds.
