What You’ll Do As a Leasing & Marketing Associate, you’ll be the face of our property and a key driver of occupancy goals. Your day will include:
Greeting prospective residents and guiding them through tours of our community.
Highlighting features, benefits, and lifestyle offerings that make our property stand out.
Managing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Creating and posting engaging social media and marketing content.
Supporting resident events and outreach campaigns to strengthen community engagement.
Assisting with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.
What We’re Looking For
A people‑person with strong communication and sales skills.
Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or marketing is a plus (we’ll train the right candidate!).
Comfortable with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and tech‑savvy.
Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
