Job Summary Our team develops groundbreaking work for some of the world’s most recognizable brands, and we’re looking for someone who is culturally fluent with an interest in sports & entertainment partnerships. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is energized by transforming consumer and market insights into integrated, full‑funnel campaign strategies across paid, earned, owned and partner channels to bring creative campaigns to life.

We are seeking an integrated channel planner,

based in NY , who can work closely with creative strategists to articulate a clear strategic point of view, help define and measure success and is adept at building relationships and working cross‑functionally with insights and analytics, social media, content creator, paid media, and earned media teams.

What You’ll Do

Interpret client briefing decks to understand key project objectives.

Conduct relevant qualitative and quantitative research to identify brand, audience, competitor, and cultural insights.

Transform insights into compelling POVs on the role and emphasis key campaign channels should play in bringing a campaign idea to life.

Develop actionable integrated channel plans across a mix of paid, earned, owned, and partner channels, collaborating with specialists across each of those disciplines as necessary.

Work closely with creative strategists to develop and present strategic plans to clients showing how a creative strategy translates across multiple priority channels and campaign moments; turning strategic presentations into creative briefs.

Help oversee campaign execution by consistently connecting specialists across paid, earned, owned, and partner channels internally and with external agency collaborators.

Help oversee measurement and reporting.

Contribute to relevant creative ideation and concepting.

Craft compelling pitch decks and presentations with simple, cohesive, and effective storytelling.

Present to internal stakeholders and external clients, both individually and alongside additional team members.

Consistently and proactively lead project management responsibilities (i.e. internal team meetings, internal timelines, working documents, team communications, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

3‑5 years relevant experience in the development and execution of 360° marketing plans across owned, earned, paid, and partner channels.

Prior experience, knowledge, and/or strong interest in sports, music, and entertainment are beneficial.

Must be comfortable working as an integral part of a team environment.

Must be comfortable and excel at working across departments with a strong emphasis on relationship building.

Continuously demonstrate and inspire solution‑oriented mentality.

Ability to multi‑task and prioritize workload while coordinating with others to proactively meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and highly organized.

Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and possess a ‘can‑do’ attitude at all times.

Agency or integrated marketing/planning brand experience preferred.

AI fluency – Comfort using AI‑powered tools to enhance strategic workstreams—such as research synthesis, insight development, brainstorming, and presentation development. Uses AI responsibly while applying human judgment to shape clear, client‑ready strategy.

Base salary range: $70,000‑$80,000, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to: market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
