About the Role
Soni is parterened with a client looking for a curious, detail-oriented
Digital Ads Specialist
to join our growing team. This is a role ideal for someone early in their career who has a strong foundation in paid media and a desire to grow across channels. You'll be hands‑on in platforms daily, supporting campaign execution, optimization, and reporting across a variety of client accounts.
What You'll Do:
Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and/or programmatic channels
Monitor campaign performance and make data‑driven optimizations to improve efficiency and results
Support reporting and analysis, translating data into actionable insights
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign execution with client goals
Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices
What We're Looking For:
1–2 years of hands‑on digital advertising experience
Google Ads experience required
Microsoft Ads/Bing experience a plus
Exposure to paid social (Meta, TikTok) a strong plus
Familiarity with programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk or DV360 a nice to have
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications.
