Position Summary The Product Marketing Specialist supports the success of Anova's product portfolio through internal training, external communications, customer-facing content creation, data-driven product launches and sku rationalization, and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Outcomes & Responsibilities
Communications
Develop and update images and copy for the website, email campaigns, product launches, product and client brochures, and internal company updates.
Maintain a consistent cadence of communication across various customer segments through email, social, and website blogs, capturing metrics to gauge performance.
Update supporting web pages and documents to reflect changes in materials, warranties, finishes, and patterns.
Support internal product knowledge through clear, organized training documents and presentations.
Product Marketing Data & Launch Support
Assist with new product launches through front-end competitor research, market analysis, and supporting images and copy.
Conduct cyclical product data updates to benchmark performance of new product introductions
Analyze and interpret existing product performance data to inform marketing and portfolio decisions.
Support product and installation photography efforts
Bring voice-of-customer (VOC) insights back to internal teams.
Brand Stewardship
Ensure approved and consistent use of brand assets.
Generate and maintain standardized templates (email signatures, letterhead, presentations, etc.).
Identify misuse of brand materials and provide corrective guidance and updated files.
Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all external and internal touchpoints.
Events & Trade Show Support
Maintain inventory of marketing materials and product samples.
Catalog and coordinate brochures, collateral, and product materials for trade shows.
Support event logistics related to marketing and product presentation.
Travel 2-4 times per year to support customer visits or trade events.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3-5 years of professional experience (Product Marketing preferred)
Experience supporting email marketing campaigns and analyzing results
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret product data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel 2-4 times per year
Graphic Design experience (portfolio/examples preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Direct product marketing experience
Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar design tools)
Experience editing photography and working with raster and vector files
Salesforce experience
Email marketing platform experience
Voice-of-Customer (VOC) engagement experience
Experience traveling to visit customers
