Job Description The

Supervisor, Marketing Merchandising

leads the Print Production team — overseeing Marketing Merchandising Specialists — while driving the creation, production, and distribution of marketing materials that support promotional campaigns and product launches. This position collaborates closely with design teams and commercial marketing managers to develop print assets including brochures, catalogs, signage, stickers/labels, and a wide variety of promotional items. You’ll also manage timelines for scheduled mailings, ensuring all materials are delivered on time and align with brand standards, marketing strategies, and audience needs. This position also manages inventory and fulfillment-related functions to ensure vendors are meeting their objectives, tracks the usage of marketing materials, and ensures timely delivery for events and campaigns. A continuous improvement mindset is needed to continually examine processes to ensure quality, affordability, and timeliness are kept at the forefront. Attention to detail, creativity, and strong organizational skills are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop the Print Production team

Manage production schedules, inventory, and vendor relationships

Coordinate in-office proofing sessions to ensure color accuracy of materials

Oversee printing and distribution of marketing materials

Track and evaluate the usage of marketing collateral

Ensure timely delivery of assets to support events, campaigns, and sales initiatives

Develop in-depth knowledge of all MasterBrand strategic channels and brand teams.Leverages ideas from other cross-functional areas to provide best practices

Consistently demonstrates the MasterBrand Way, positioning the company for growth and helping identify opportunities to reduce waste, complexity, and improve our work environment

Demonstrates teamwork by responsively collaborating with the management and staff, sharing information and ideas, proactively seeking, and accepting constructive feedback, and accepting additional assignments when appropriate

Identify self-development needs and seek opportunities to work on areas that will further develop skills

Participate in company efforts related to ethics and compliance activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (required)

3+ years of experience in marketing, merchandising, or print production management

2+ years of people management or team leadership experience preferred

Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects with competing priorities

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, sales, vendors, etc.)

Background in vendor management and print production strongly preferred
