What will you be involved in? Our Graduate Performance Marketing Program is designed for graduates who are curious about data, digital channels, and how marketing drives measurable business growth. You will rotate through key areas of performance marketing, build hands‑on experience with live campaigns, and learn how to use data to optimize results.
Support the planning, building, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, display, and email
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ad platforms, and internal dashboards to understand what is working and why
Assist with keyword research, audience targeting, bid optimization, and A/B testing
Help create and refine marketing assets, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion rates
Work closely with teams across marketing, sales, and product to align campaigns with business goals
Track budgets, report on performance, and present insights and recommendations
Taking part in mentoring, training and hands‑on learning to build both technical capability and wider product and business understanding
Exploring modern engineering practices and tools, including how emerging technologies can be used to improve quality, efficiency and productivity
This program is designed to give you meaningful, hands‑on experience from day one, with the support and space to learn, ask questions and grow, helping you build the skills, confidence and experience needed for a long‑term career in performance marketing.
Eligibility and Qualifications To be eligible for this role, you’ll need to have a related degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data or similar.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence interpreting data and trends
An interest in digital marketing and performance‑driven campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and techniques
Self‑starting attitude; open to new challenges
A curious mindset that embraces innovation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively with colleagues across the globe
Experience of using AI, and an interest in continuous development of AI skills as the technology evolves
Exposure to digital marketing platforms and analytical tools would be advantageous
